Return Policy

At Emily David Vancouver, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. This Return Policy explains the conditions and process for returns in a clear and transparent way.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after you have physically received the item.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any customs charges.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all original labels, tags, and packaging.

  • Trying on and testing an item is allowed; however, wearing the item occasionally  is not permitted.

  • Returns of products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to partially return are not accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Process

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below:

  1. Request your return within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

  3. Send the item back entirely at your own expense, including shipping and any applicable customs or handling fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Please note that return shipments are handled internationally as part of our fulfillment process.


Damaged / Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact support@emilydavidvancouver.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and approved for return, the purchase amount will be refunded.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval, using the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Liability & Address Accuracy

  • Emily David Vancouver is not responsible for parcels that are lost if tracking information shows the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect shipping address is entered during checkout, this is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.
